38 Count Suit Filed Against William Verdult, Troy Verdult and Associate James Scott Smith in July 2007 for Embezzlement, Theft, and Fraud

On July 20, 2007, the Corporations through its Council filed a multi-million dollar suit against, William Verdult, Troy Verdult, and their associate James Scott Smith, aka Decuff Investments, Inc.  (the same individual that has had nearly 100 fraudulent listings removed from eBay).

The three individuals had no response to the 38 Count Suit which is winding its way through the Court system in North Carolina. The Corporation is represented by one of the top attorneys in North Carolina.
