Verdult Suit Filed that Includes James Scott Smith,(aka Decuff, aka Decuff Investments) Actions and Website

Whose under the sheets?

After actually learning of the contents of the multi-million counter suit against the Verdults and his associates, James Scott Smith aka Decuff is not so quick to run off at the mouth.

In fact he has gone underground.

For some strange reason Decuff thought he could steal content from the Corporations websites, participate in stealing art from the Corporation, and engage in a clearly fraudulent smear campaign, and convince the Verdults to participate in clearly fraudulent action, without suffering the consequences of his actions.

Well yesterday a multi-million suit was filed that includes James Scott Smith.

Documents indicate that James Scott Smith aka Decuff by convincing the Verdults to take fraudulent actions has subjected the Verdults to thousands of dollars in liquidated damages and hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages.

Expelled from Bid4assets for cause, repeatedly removed from eBay for cause as well as other sites, Decuff finds himself behind the eight ball. Though he attempted to stay in the wings and allow the Verdults to take all of the liability thousands of dollars in liquidated damages and hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages for their complicity in defrauding the Corporation and other investors, he was unable to. The art that he commandeered belonging to the Corporation is part of the multi-million dollar suit against the Verdults.

As the previous post concerning his new websites points out, the Corporation within its suit has requested that all of the art be returned.

In addition to this action, a number of other actions were requested of the Court which will basically put Decuff out of business permanently.

Decuff prior to knowing about Verdult purchased paintings from the Corporation in 2006, and all of a sudden had several paintings and there were abouts were unfounded.

Mind you this Decuff character is the same person that attempted to sale an alleged bejewled painting for $7.2 million of dollars on eBay in the name of Habitat for Humanity. Obviously, the Habitat for Humanity probably knew nothing about such action or Decuff use of their name in an attempt to dupe the public. Further Decuff asserted to unspupecting art lovers and investors that for purchasing this allgeded bejewled painting they were entitled to an I.R.S. tax write-off up to a whopping $20 million.

Imagine going to the I.R.S. attempting to get a $20 million write-off on a bogus claim.

His contention was quickly challenged: Verdult HABITAT FOR HUMANITY on eBay - Claim is certainly fraudulent.

Decuff and any and all of his associates is and will continue to be stopped in his tracks.

The aim is to make sure that Decuff does not dupe another unspecting person.
