William Verdult, Troy Verdult, and James Scott Smith, of Decuff Investments, Are Blasted Again... They Just Don't Get It - But Shortly They Will.
According to an article in the New York Times, A federal judge ruled yesterday that the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art has the right to display an immense unfinished installation by Christoph Büchel, a Swiss artist whose relationship with the museum fell apart early this year, leading to a bitter public battle over control of the work and over artists’ rights in general.
The judge, Michael A. Ponsor, in Federal District Court in Springfield, Mass., said that the museum’s display of the work would not, as Mr. Büchel argued, violate the Visual Artists Rights Act of 1990, which provides that an artist has the right to “prevent the use of his or her name as the author of the work of visual art in the event of a distortion, mutilation, or other modification of the work.”
This case reminds us of our current situation where we have entered a multi- million dollar suit against William Verdult , Troy Verdult, and his associate James Scott Smith, of Decuff Investments, Inc. for a number of reasons including theft, embezzlement, fraud, and other violations as well. In fact, the Corporation's claims were listed in a 38 Count Claim that is before the Court.
In addition to the 38 Count Multi-million dollar claim, the Corporation ,and Alton Perkins, its CEO is in the process of filing a multi-million dollar libel and defamation suit against William Verdult, Troy Verdult, and James Scott Smith, of Decuff Investments, Inc. for a plethora of defamation and libelous statements ranging from the CEO was not a decorated Air Force Officer, who allegedly did not work at the Pentagon, to having no advanced degree. These statements are all certainly libelous and false as repeatedly proven on this site. Additionally, the Corporation along with its 38 Count Suit, will file additional action for defamation and slander against the Corporation ranging from the Corporation does not exist to the Corporation issued false stock, to the Corporation did not pay Verdult monies. All these assertions are certainly false and have already been disproved.
Recent developments saw eBay remove seven more Items that were fraudulently listed by James Scott Smith, of Decuff Investments. eBay has removed over 100 fraudulent listings by this individual. We anticipate that the remaining three or four listings will be removed in short order. The listings removed include:
