The following is another fraudulent listing on eBay by user jamess8112 (aka Decuff - James Scott Smith). This user was previously put off of eBay. He is back at it again.
The listing states:
“One of a kind painting 5 feet by 3 feet. write check to Habitat for Humanity of New Orleans directly and I will pay my ebay seller fees. Pick up King Tut Master piece at Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans. William Verdult in person will sign your painting and present you with signed documents. Tax write off could be as high as $20,000,000.00 If you then donate painting to a children's charity per I.R.S. approval.”
In the listing jamess8112 is desperately attempting to get attention by mentioning the Habitat of Humanity and claiming that the artwork is valued at $20,000,000 and they will receive a tax write off of up to $20,000,000.
This listing is certainly a fraudulent listing.
There is no Verdult painting worth $20,000,000. Ask the foolish seller to provide you with an independent third party appraiser of the artwork and see if:
1) He has an appraisal from an independent qualified appraiser;
2) Proof the artwork appraised for $20,000,000; and
3) The name and phone number of any third party independent appraiser who would vouch for such a value before the Internal Revenue Service.
The answer you will receive will be shocking. This is certainly not a serious seller of Verdult art work. You will not be able to find an independent third party appraiser to vouch for such a value.
Further this ignorant seller does not understand that the multi-million Tut collection was found to be fraudulent.
While jamess8112 asserts that Verdult’s “rendition of King Tut using gold, Diamonds, Rubies, Emeralds, Sapphires, and other precious stones in his creation.”
The Tut Collection was found to be a fraudulent by the District Attorney and police in Florida.

All readers are cautioned not be duped by the fraudulent action and deceptive busines practice of this Seller.
This is the same Seller that stole copyrighted material and calimed that a Verdult entitled Rembarandt was worth $2 million dollars.
The only legitimate track of value of Verdult artwork is maintained by the Corporation that has conducted over 2,500 Verdult auctions.
