- Claim: The Verdults engaged in defamation; including libel and slander

- Why? It was proven in Court that www.verdultpaintings.com, Yahoo, and Google Video were used by the Verdults to defame Sunburst and Alton Perkins. A mutli-million dollar judgment and Court order - to follow.

- Why? Any of eleven reasons.
- Impact: Because of two strike rule. Complaint can never be filed by the Verdults again. Which means. The original Contract between The Company and Verdult are in deed enforceable. All art created on or after Jan 12, 2006 belong to the Corporation. Many people now have fraudulent art conveyed by the Verdults. The Corporation is coming to get all art.
