The Corporation has irrevocable life time rights to any and all Verdult artwork of any kind created and or owned by William Joseph Verdult. This right not only extends to orginal artwork but images of the artwork as well. These image rights are copyrighted with the United States Corpyright Office.
Art lovers and investors should know that for any and all artwork now attempted to be illegally sold by William Verdult or Troy Verdult on or after January 6 2006, the Corporation has a rightful title to any and all such artwork. In addition, the Corporation will, have and will continue to claim title to all such artwork. The Corporation will aggressively claim title to and place liens on such artwork. Because of this claim any and all such artwork claimed and owned by the Corporation has been and will continue to be removed from the Internet (eBay and other major locations) as well as elsewhere.
Further the Corporation has title to any and all agreements established before or after January 6, 2006 between William Verdult and any other party.
This ownership and conveyance is without reservations, and or restrictions, all copyrights and ownership rights of William Verdult’s entire life long production world-wide is owned by the Corporation.
The Corporation's rights include any and all past and or current arrangements with third parties. The responsibility and authority to authorize any and all transactions and actions pertaining to William Verdult, and or William Verdult Enterprises and to conduct any and all business pertaining to William Verdult, William Verdult Enterprises world –wide. This irrevocable conveyance includes the ownership, use and authority to determine the use of all past and present marks, signatures, names, trade marks, and images created by William Verdult in any form. The issuance and conveyances of ownership rights, Certificates of Authentication, copyrights, any and all copyrights owner’s exclusive rights, print and reproduction rights, underlying artist copyrights, any subdivisions of those rights, and any and all other matters of authority concerning William Verdult the artist or William Verdult Enterprises rest solely and irrevocably with the Corporation. If for any reasons items are left off of the conveyance list and are not conveyed as required, the items not conveyed shall be considered the property the Corporation.
